On the morning of 15 February, near Hanuman Chowki located on Aligarh-Agra Highway under Sasni in Hathras, a truck hit a Bullat and a loader tempo. In the accident, the Bullet driver died on the spot, while two other people riding the loader were injured. After the accident, the driver of the truck fled along with the truck. 35 year old Vinod Kumar, son of Nem Singh, resident of Sanjay Gandhi Colony, Ravana Tila, Police Station Quarsi, was going to Agra Metro Line on his bike number UP 81 AM 3200 Bullet Bike. As soon as he reached near Nagar Van near Hanuman Chowki, a truck hit his bike, due to which the Bullit driver died on the spot.
The truck also hit the loader Tempo UP 13 CT 4116, due to which Suman Kishore and one of his companions sitting in the loader were seriously injured. The police sent the injured to Aligarh by ambulance. A crowd of passers-by gathered at the spot. Police reached the spot. There was a jam on the highway after the accident. The police got the jam cleared after a lot of effort. The police filled the Panchnama and sent the body for post-mortem. A case has been registered against the truck driver on the complaint of the deceased’s brother Sushil Chaudhary.
